Provide a better life for DOVE's kids.

This program teaches and trains our children to become surf instructors, provides surf classes to our volunteers and funds programs.

DOVE's youth will construct their own surf boards as a vocational training program for use in DOVE's Puerto Plata Surf School and sell remaining surf boards to locals and visitors.
